Peter H. Chang

Peter has been described as an “adventurer, photographer, and maker of fine pork dumplings.” Peter is the director, producer, and co-creator of “Lightscapes”, an experiential television series airing on Discovery HD Theater. He is also in production on “Children of Enlightenment“, a documentary about youth culture in Japan, its uniqueness, its creativity, and its reflection of the state of Japan’s economy and society.
Noah Smith

Noah and Peter have known each other since the second grade, and have talked of doing a joint project since age 12. After majoring in Physics at Stanford, Noah lived and worked in Japan for two and a half years where he had extensive experience observing the underside of Japanese life. In addition to maintaining the political blog Noahpinion and contributing to Observing Japan, he is currently completing a PhD in economics at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
